Shipping

Regular processing time for domestic orders is within 1 business day (in stock items). All orders received after 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. Our standard shipping method is via FedEx Express Saver (3 Day Service) for Non Refrigerated Items.

In order to assist you most efficiently, please include your name, address, and the Purchase Order (PO) number with any additional correspondence. Please see our Return Policy if you need to return an item.

Return Policy

tousimis® is proud to offer high-quality products to our customers. However, if you have any issues with our items, please follow the instructions below:

All returns must have the original label attached and must be unopened.

All returns must have valid Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Refrigerated Items:

  • Item(s) Cannot Be Returned After 3 Working Days from Date of Customer Receipt.
  • If Returned Within 3 Working Days and Upon Inspection, Item(s) are Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and Customer Must Pay Original Shipping and Handling Fees.
  • Customer Must Return Item(s) Via Overnight Service (at Customer's Expense) and Clearly Mark the RA Number on the Exterior of the Package(s).

All Other Items:

  • Item(s) Cannot Be Returned After 3 Working Days from Date of Customer Receipt.
  • If Returned Within 3 Working Days and Upon Inspection, Item(s) are Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and Customer Must Pay Original Shipping and Handling Fees.
  • Customer Must Return Item(s) via traceable method (at Customer's Expense) and Clearly Mark the RA Number on the Exterior of the Package(s).

Upon Receipt and Inspection of Item(s) at the tousimis® facility, Appropriate Credit (if any) Will Be Issued.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or if it is the incorrect product, please call us for a RA Number at 301-881-2450.

Please insure your package for the value of the goods and ship via a traceable method (such as FedEx) to the address below.
