Regular processing time for domestic orders is within 1 business day (in stock items). All orders received after 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. Our standard shipping method is via FedEx Express Saver (3 Day Service) for Non Refrigerated Items.

All returns must have the original label attached and must be unopened.
All returns must have valid Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Upon Receipt and Inspection of Item(s) at the tousimis® facility, Appropriate Credit (if any) Will Be Issued.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or if it is the incorrect product, please call us for a RA Number at 301-881-2450.
Please insure your package for the value of the goods and ship via a traceable method (such as FedEx) to the address below.
